Williams-Sonoma Debuts ‘Design Crew’
Williams-Sonoma Inc. has launched Design Crew, a new cross-brand design services initiative. For the first time, customers will be able to work with the Design Crew across the company’s eight brands: Williams Sonoma, Williams Sonoma Home, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, PBteen, Mark and Graham, Rejuvenation, and West Elm.
Starting immediately, customers can visit any of the company’s stores to schedule a free consultation with a Design Crew expert to help with their personalized decorating or shopping needs. The Design Crew experts are specially trained to help customers with decorating, renovating, entertaining, cooking, and gift giving. In addition, members of The Key, Williams-Sonoma Inc.’s loyalty reward program, will receive 3 percent back in rewards on any purchase across the family of brands.
