Minvera Wins at ACS
Minerva Dairy's Smoked Maplewood Amish Roll Butter takes home top prize at ACS.

Minerva Dairy, the country’s oldest family-owned cheese and butter dairy, won first place at the 2017 American Cheese Society Judging & Competition for its Smoked Maplewood Amish Roll Butter in the Butter with Flavor Added category.

“Winning this award for our Smoked Maplewood Amish Roll Butter is a big honor for all of us at Minerva Dairy,” said Adam Mueller, president, fifth generation, at Minerva Dairy and fifth generation family member. “Our flavor-infused line has been our primary focus for the past two years, so seeing our efforts be celebrated in this light, and to be considered yet again as an award-winning dairy is exciting, to say the least.”

About 285 dairy brands submitted more than 2,000 products in the competition.
