Little Red Dot Kitchen Moves to Larger Facility
Little Red Dot Kitchen is moving its headquarters and production operations to a larger facility in Hayward, Calif., in February 2017 to meet the rising demand for its Bak Kwa meat snacks that are made from humanely raised protein sources and are free from antibiotics, hormones, artificial ingredients, wheat, dairy and eggs.
The new facility, with its larger office and production space, will position Little Red Dot Kitchen for future growth of its line of five Bak Kwa meat snacks, which are like a sweet and savory jerky infused with Asian spices and inspired by traditional grilled Singapore and Malaysian street food. The available flavors include the 2016 sofi Award winning Hickory Smoked Spicy Candied Bacon with no nitrates or nitrites, Spicy Chipotle Beef, Pork, free-range Turkey and Lemongrass Beef. All of the products are minimally processed and most ingredients are Non-GMO Verified.
