Dolce Gabanna Brings Designer Treatment to Smeg Kitchen Electrics
Neiman Marcus will launch the exclusive collection of Smeg x Dolce Gabbana small kitchen appliances this spring.
The first collection, called the Breakfast Suite, has three items and includes the electric juicer, tea kettle and toaster. The items feature a unique design from the luxury Italian design house. Each item retails for $600.
The initial launch will be carried in 12 of the department stores, as well as online at www.neimanmarcus.com.
Smeg is an Italian manufacturer of upmarket domestic appliances. Vittorio Bertazzoni founded the company in 1948 in the town of Guastalla, Reggio Emilia, Italy. The name is an acronym for Smalterie Metallurgiche Emiliane Guastalla The company remains in the private ownership of the Bertazzoni family.
