Cooks of Crocus Hill to Close Edina Store


Award-winning retailer Cooks of Crocus Hill is closing its store in Edina, Minn., on March 18. 

Cooks of Crocus Hill, owned by Karl Benson and Marie Dwyer, shared the news via its Facebook page.

The Edina kitchenware store, located at 50th and France, has been open for 18 years. Last fall, Cooks of Crocus Hill opened a new concept store in Minneapolis’ North Loop neighborhood.

“After 18 years at 50th and France in Edina, Minn., Cooks is moving from Edina to Minneapolis's North Loop neighborhood,” read the post. 

Cooks of Crocus Hill also operates stores in St. Paul and Stillwater, Minn., and a store-within-a-store inside Kowalski’s Market.

Cooks of Crocus Hill is a past recepient of The Gourmet Retailer’s Kitchenware Retail of the Year award, the U.S. gia award for independent kitchenware retail and the coveted global gia award for 2012-2013.
