Bristol Farms to Open New Concept Store
Gourmet retailer Bristol Farms will open a 25,000-square-foot concept store in the Los Angeles area of Woodland Hills on Nov. 11.
The store will feature self-service and full-service prepared food stations that “are going to be our most elaborate yet,” reads the Bristol Farms’ website. The Carson, Calif.-based retailer describes the new format as “a fresh and innovative epicurean food hall and market experience that is easy to shop for quick on-the-go items and full grocery lists too. “
Amenities include a Baja taco and burrito bowl bar, poke bar, a wok station, gourmet custom-built sandwiches, an organic salad bar, a soup station, and made-to-order smoothies.
