Ax-Water Wins at Zenith Bottle Water Congress
ax-water, an aronia berry-infused water that launched in the United States in March, took home three awards from the 14th Annual Zenith Bottle Water Congress in Barcelona, Spain. The company won second place for Best Functional Beverage, second place for Best New Water Concept and third place for Best New Brand/Brand Extension. It was also named Most Likely to Succeed in the Entrepreneur Panel. The water was among the more than 100 brands from 23 countries that were competing in the Congress.
“With bottled water growth now outpacing other beverages, an exciting range of new water extensions are forming,” said Blake Johnson, CEO. “Never did I imagine we'd be where we are today, and it's only pushing us to be better and build smarter.”
ax-water is infused with aronia berries, which contain three times more antioxidants than blueberries or pomegranates to help refresh, recover and revive. It is available in three flavors: lemon, blackberry-pear and black tea.
